Policies
We reserve the right to deny any services to those who do not wish to agree to the following terms.
♡ All appointments are allowed a 15 minute grace period. Otherwise, you run the risk of forfeiting your deposit & cancelling your appointment.
♡ Refrain from consuming caffeine (at least) 3 hours before your appointment.
♡ All appointments are subjected to a 48-hour cancellation. Suppose you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. In that case, your deposit will be forfeited & you must submit a new one to secure another appointment. With proper notice, you can reschedule 1 time. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited & is required a new deposit to secure another booking.
♡ It is best to shower & arrive with a washed face & makeup-free. Time may be deducted from your lash appointment & be an additional $5 to clean them. If you choose not to pay, I will not warrant my 3-day guarantee to resolve any issues such as (but not limited to) retention.
♡ No shows are not acceptable & will be charged 50% of the requested service as a deposit fee. Unresponsive clients are also considered no shows.
♡ Please be respectful of Stephanie's time & work by keeping your phone silent until you have left the session.
♡ No guests or pets will be allowed for the period of your appointment without permission before booking. We ask you to honour this guideline during mobile appointments as well.
♡ Foreign fills +$5
♡ It is your responsibility to book your refill appointments accordingly, there will be no extending fill prices if you cannot get in.
♡ Must have a minimum of 40% of lashes remaining, otherwise a full set will be charged.
♡ Sets done by another artist may result in a removal fee if I see fit.
♡ If you realize you need a full set, please notify me ASAP to make sure I schedule enough time off.
Booking
♡ A non-refundable $20 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. As well as our confirmation email, you must submit all details on the client form & complete waivers. I confirm all appointments personally; if neither is received, your appointment is cancelled & open for booking.
♡ Emergency appointments are bookings with 24 hours or less notice/needed outside of business hours & will be charged an additional 20% of your balance.
♡ Payment for your service is due in full by the end of your appointment, cash only. The booking fee is always deducted from the total service price when you make your final payment. Please plan accordingly in advance to ensure your payment is ready by the end of your appointment.
♡ We do not offer refunds on services, including down deposits. It is your responsibility to ensure that you like your results at your appointment; this is the opportunity to fix/add/correct anything at that time. If you have any concerns, please notify us immediately within 72 hours. Stephanie offers a one-time, complimentary touch-up that must be booked within 7 days of your initial appointment. During this one hour session, we will fix your lash extensions to your satisfaction. "Free fix" appointments are only available at our home studio, or a travel fee is required if you request for a mobile appointment. (Example: Corrections on day 8 will be charged as a fill.)
Mobile
♡ Travel times & road conditions are often unpredictable; when booking a mobile appointment, you are booking an estimated appointment time. Please allow 30 minutes from your confirmed time for Stephanie to arrive. (Ex. if you book for 10:00 am, you can expect her to arrive anywhere from 10:00 am-10:30 am) If you require to be seen on time, please contact Stephanie directly through DM or at 778-255-2627.
♡ Please be ready within 15 minutes of Stephanie's arrival. It is important that she remains on schedule & use this time to pack/unpack for your service. (Example: Stephanie cannot wait an additional 20 minutes for you to eat/go to the bank/etc.)
Studio
♡ When you book a home studio appointment, we will only release our address & arrival instructions after confirming your appointment.
♡ Please send a text/DM when you arrive & wait until I reply to show you in. Avoid arriving 10+ minutes before your scheduled appointment, or you will have to wait outside/inside your vehicle until invited in.
♡ Street parking is available; please do not park in any of the spots in our driveway.
♡ If you arrive late, Stephanie will do her best to make your set as full as possible with your appointment's remaining time to respect other clients' reservations.
COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines
-Medical grade masks are mandatory for the full duration of your appointment. Disposables masks are available to purchase for $5 each if needed.
-Consent/Liability waiver must be signed before your appointment.
-A hands-free temperature check is required before every appointment.
-Hand sanitizer must be used & will be provided at the door.
-We usually love hugs, but will have to restrict any unnecessary physical contact for the time being.
-Blankets are unavailable so dress warm & accordingly.
-You cannot book an appointment if you have been outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
-Consider using an envelope or zip lock bag to carry your cash.
-No food, gum, or drinks will be allowed
-Limited conversations to reduce risks as much as possible
Symptoms include: (but varies)
-new or worsening cough
-shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-temperature equal to or over 38°C
-feeling feverish
-chills
-fatigue or weakness
-muscle or body aches
-new loss of smell or taste
-headache
-gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting)
-feeling very unwell
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please reschedule/cancel your appointment, including seasonal allergies/chronic coughing.
